Can highly recommend this service to anyone. Ian responded immediately, came to look at the problem of rodent infestation in the loft, let me know what was required and returned within a few days to carry out the removal of detritus, clean and sanitise, and plan the plugging up of holes and deterrent of further infestation. He enlisted a local joiner to do what was required for boarding up holes in the eaves (all within the price quote) and then returned to finish the work and check the results. Ian is a thorough professional at his job and a good communicator.

Literally at our wits end trying to get help with a pigeon problem within a commercial building located at the very north of The highlands. After full week of phoning different companies thank god we eventually got Ian’s number! Cannot recommend this company high enough for the excellent customer care. I had an issue with Rats and had a ridiculous quote from a National company, Infinity were upfront with costs (massive saving), arrived when they said they would and the technician Ian was very knowledgable and not only rid me of the horrible things, but put me at ease, once complete and rodents gone. I was shown where they had come from and how they were gaining entry, So the holes were permanently blocked.Highly recommend for any form of pest control.

Ian arrived exactly on time and made an excellent job of seagull proofing our roof and removing a nest after the chicks had been killed by other gulls. He was very helpful along with Dave who also did a great a job with the assistance of young James. I would definitely recommend this company if you need any help with pest control.
